The nose is very powerful and rich. Classic red fruit scents such as raspberry and Morello cherry are mixed with more surprising notes of plum, greengage, blood orange and sultana. La bouche garde une belle finesse grâce au faible dosage mais le tout est voluptueux et vineux. The aromas of jammy fruits are well present with also a note of quince and dried flowers. A long and persistent finish. This rich, aromatic wine works well on its own as an aperitif, but will be wonderful with a nice piece of grilled beef.
