Tasting | A rich and aromatic nose with floral notes (acacia, hawthorn…) and fresh citrus fruit, especially lemon. In the mouth it is a racy and vigorous wine. The attack in the mouth is tense but with a very good balance and lots of aromas. The floral and citrus notes of the nose are clearly present. Aperitif and appetizer champagne par excellence or perfect with a fish starter such as sea salad with citrus fruits. |
