Description
This champagne, limited to only 1,000 bottles, is made from the harvest of a 56 year old vineyard “Le Grand Morceau”, on the eastern slope of Talus Saint Prix. This blanc de noirs drew its unique aromas from the millstone clay and was vinified in Burgundy oak barrels for eleven wines.
