This is a very pretty white wine, fresh and mineral, with smoky, acidic notes (lemon, lemongrass) and where chalk and white flowers lead the aromatic ball. On the palate, a fine bubble, a background of citrus fruits, exotic fruits and fresh almonds. The mouth is mineral, tense and acidic. The cask has left a very subtle woodiness. The finish is long and tasty and does not lose texture despite the lack of dosage. Ideal as an aperitif, this wine goes perfectly with fine seafood.
