On the finish, a creamy, assiduous and melting structure with extreme freshness. This 2010 gives spirit to the aperitif. With its elegance and finesse, this seductive wine goes well with shellfish or a noble fish fillet accompanied by a beurre blanc sauce. At the end of a meal, it goes perfectly with a variety of goat's cheeses or a cake made with beaten pastry.
