To the eye, a beautiful raspberry pink colour. The nose is subtle, fresh and attractive with aromas of wild violet and amarena cherry. With agitation, blackcurrant and redcurrant, blue cedar and Tahitian vanilla are expressed with a rare tenderness. On the palate, delicious red berry flavours and a scent of soft prune and sweet liquorice. To be enjoyed as an aperitif or with a roast chicken with herbs and spinach salad or with desserts that are not too sweet.
