Description
Julie Dufour returned to the Landreville vineyard in 2012 to take over the family’s 4.25 hectare estate and is now working on organic vine growing. Certified organic in 2013, Julie started making her own champagne. The Cléobuline cuvée is made exclusively from the 2019 harvest and gives us a singular wine, combining power and delicacy.

| Tasting | To the eye the wine develops a fine and nervous bubble. The beautiful deep yellow colour and the sparkle suggest a generous wine. The nose is very greedy, with aromas of fresh apricot, sultana, hazelnut and candied lemon. The attack in the mouth is silky, developing beautiful aromas of quince, peach, dill and a touch of fresh butter. The finish has a mineral, chalky touch mixed with notes of orange peel. It is a delicate champagne despite its aromatic generosity, which will accompany a nice salmon and soft cheeses. |
