“Loridon” is a parcel (1.60 Ha) located on the heights of Aÿ-Champagne. Planted exclusively with Chardonnay, it has become the emblem of the House. On these soils, the plot offers a chalky soil over several metres and a semi-continental climate. The fruit of these elements, intimately linked, reflects the typicality of this terroir and is best appreciated during tasting. Cultivated according to the ancestral methods of the Champagne region, a viticulture of “reason” is practiced: notably without insecticides or pesticides. Soil cultivation is essential. This special attention allows us to select our own yeasts.
