Description
Laurent-Perrier has always favoured Chardonnay as the majority grape variety in all its Cuvées and was the precursor of the Brut Nature category as early as 1981.
Today, a perfect mastery of the vinification and maturation of this grape variety in stainless steel tanks allows us to produce a Blanc de Blancs Nature. A perfect balance between the wines of the year and the reserve wines is achieved before they are put into the cellar. After ideal ageing in the cellars, the wine is allowed to rest for several more months before being marketed.
