Laurent-Perrier, creator of a benchmark non-vintage rosé champagne, wanted to raise its standards to the level of a Grande Cuvée Rosé Millésimé. Alexandra Rosé is a rare and sought-after wine that comes from a rigorous selection of the best plots, an exceptional marriage between the Grands Crus of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Very rigorous selection of localities for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes that have reached perfect maturity. During the maceration of the Pinot Noirs, 20% of Chardonnay is added. After more than 10 years of ageing in the cellar, this exceptional Champagne is finally on the market.
