This is an atypical blanc de blancs champagne, an expression of the Liébart-Régnier philosophy, expressing its terroir. Thus the Chardonnay used here comes exclusively from the terroir of Vauciennes, clay-limestone soils, and the 4 years of ageing; bringing us here a fine and generous wine.

| Tasting | The nose is very expressive, with notes of candied lemon, fresh butter and a hint of peach. Once the wine is opened, the bouquet is punctuated by the scent of pastries and toasted notes. The palate is supple with flavours of citrus, dried flowers and grapefruit peel. The finish is straight with a slight salinity. An aperitif partner that goes well with scallops or white fish. |
