This Rosé de Saignée is made in part from a well identified parcel (Les Buissons) which benefits from a perfect exposure, just at the entrance to the village of Verzy and is made exclusively from hand-picked Pinot Noirs. 50 year old vines. The equivalent of 25% of Verzy Chardonnay will be added.
