Brut Nature Rosé is a cuvée without artifice, imagined as an exchange, shaped by a longstanding friendship. It is the result of a free-thinking process based on a meeting between the House of Roederer and the designer Philippe Starck. These grapes come exclusively from the Coteaux de Cumières. A small proportion of the estate’s Pinot Noir grapes are harvested separately and “infused” for a few days in the cold without alcoholic fermentation, before being poured into the juices of the Brut Nature Blanc Zéro dosage.
