On aeration, the traditional aromas of "La Montagne" Pinot Noir emerge: dried, smoky fruits combined with a few acidulous, spicy notes (white pepper). Dynamic, concentrated and powerful on the palate. Fleshy, vinous texture, with an acidic presence that clearly integrates concentrated juice and freshness. The structure is tonic, chiselled, almost classic and firm. The fruitiness gradually gives way to the sweetness of chocolate notes (cocoa bean) and even a slight roasting.
