Winegrower located in Noé les Mallets, cote des bars in the south of Aube, this “true” rosé is the perfect expression of the richness of the pinots harvested at full maturity and macerated to extract the power and an incredible aromatic richness. The absence of malolactic fermentation gives it a perfect balance and an incessant desire to return to the glass.
