Champagne MOET & CHANDON Grand Vintage 2012 Brut
In 1842, Moët & Chandon created one of the first vintages of Champagne for the pleasure of British and American connoisseurs who appreciated more mature wines. A singular expression of a year, each new vintage contributes to the fabulous heritage of the House: the Grand Vintage Collection
26% Pinot Meunier, 33% Pinot Noir, 41% Chardonnay
A bouquet of freshness: the first hints of fresh white flowers evolve into soft, blond pastry notes, punctuated by hints of fresh walnut, hazelnut or rusk. Alongside them, the fruit is crisp, freshly ripe, with aromas of pear, white peach and nectarine. A harmonious palate: the first contact is soft, supple and fluid. Then the texture unfolds, soft as cashmere or felt. This initial sweetness gradually fades, the acidic framework stretches and persists to offer a final iodized and acidic note, underlined by a hint of pink grapefruit, salivating.
