Description
Created by the founder of the house, Eugène Moussé, 100 years ago, this cuvée has become the reflection of the terroir of Cuisles, Jonquery and Châtillon sur Marne. From a perpetual reserve with reserve wines from 2003 to 2019, refreshed each year with 50% of the new harvest. After 18 months of ageing, this Blanc de Noirs gives us infinite pleasure without any weariness.

Tasting | The nose is very expressive and above all incredibly fine for a Blanc de Noirs. The scent of fresh red fruit (wild strawberry, cherry) combined with milky notes gives immense pleasure. The mouthfeel is magical, all subtlety and incredible finesse. The wine is warm, aromatic (fresh red fruits) and has a wonderful length. A wine with a certain drinkability but which hides a lot of things for the informed amateurs. To be enjoyed "without moderation" as an aperitif or to accompany sushi or goat's and sheep's cheese. |
