Tasting | The nose is expressive and seductive with white and yellow fruits (peach, apricot, pear, apple), red fruits (raspberry, strawberry) and some citrus, white flowers and yeast notes. The palate is fine and quite full with a nice fruitiness. We have citrus, mainly lemon, quite intense red fruit flavours (especially raspberry), spicy and exotic flavours brought by the white pinot, all well balanced with a good minerality. The whole is rather fine, greedy, fleshy and deep. Good length supported by minerality and exotic and (zesty) citrus aromas. A champagne as well for the aperitif, as for a starter like a beautiful crayfish, avocado and grapefruit salad. |
