Description
It expresses the youthfulness of the Bassu and Bassuet terroirs in the Perthois region, whose hillsides have been reclaimed by vines since the 1970s. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation followed by a long maturation on lees in vats. The blend consists of 68% reserve wines made from a perpetual reserve initiated in 2012. A flowery and fruity champagne, highly recommended as an aperitif.
