A nose of great scope, very expressive, magnificent on a beautiful mineral tension with chalky notes and fresh citrus fruits (lemon, lime, clementine…) followed by pretty notes of evolution, toasted bread, roasting… A superbly balanced palate between power, richness of toasted, roasted and even chocolate aromas which cover the mouth and a remarkable freshness. Both rich and refreshing, this wine is superb! A wine that is still struggling that can either be decanted to take advantage of its rich, chalky texture as an aperitif or with a pan of fresh boletus, or kept carefully in the cellar to enjoy its power.
