Very complex nose expressing elegance and finesse, aroma of toast, leather, dried fruits combined with citrus and white flowers (lime, verbena, hawthorn…). The mouth is ample, mineral and chalky, carried by the aromas of Pinot Noir (toast, candied fruits, dried fruits…) and Chardonnay (citrus, white flowers…). The finish is sharp, very long and releases notes of lemon and kirsch. Enjoy on its own, as an aperitif or as a gourmet pairing with a salted butter crème brulée. The elegant and delicate character of this champagne will also go perfectly with foie gras or sautéed veal with mushrooms.
