The contact in the palate is clean and fresh. This Champagne develops a pulpy and coated fruity matter, supported by a lemon acidity and fleshy fruits. The mid-palate is orchestrated by a chalky minerality, iodine salinity and length on the palate. A slender, pulpy and chalky finish. A complex champagne to be reserved at the table with a poularde aux morilles or with parmesan cheese.
