Its nose takes us into a world of peppermint, eucalyptus and freshly picked herbal flowers. There are hints of cut apple aromas. On the palate, it is straighter on the attack, revealing the chalky and mineral dimension of Chardonnay. Then it opens progressively on a beautiful aromatic palette mixing flowers and white flesh fruits. It is a chiselled and precise wine that will be perfect as an aperitif at any time of the day, or as a gastronomic accompaniment to fish en papillote with Provençal herbs, or to fine charcuterie such as marbled ham, or even to fresh desserts such as pana cotta with yellow fruit.
