An elegant and fruity nose with notes of raspberry and raspberry brandy. The
finish is greedy with notes of praline, frangipane, sponge cake and
pastry cream. In the mouth the attack is fresh and pure. The palate is very elegant and expresses slightly mentholated notes. The finish is long and mineral. Very good vintage, more intense and aromatic than 2008. A little less acidic but probably more balanced. A great wine before being a great champagne, Clos des Goisses forms unforgettable alliances with dishes of great taste. It will go perfectly with iodized fish or lobster and soft cheeses in a few years. To aerate it, it should be decanted before serving.
