Description
100% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and the village of Verzy. Traditional vinification avoiding any premature oxidation. Partial malolactic fermentation for wines in vats, vinification without malolactic fermentation for wines made in oak barrels. Aged for seven to nine years in order to obtain the greatest complexity of the wine and to bring out the secondary and tertiary aromas, marks of the prolonged ageing on the lees. An elegant wine, maintaining a balance between freshness, floral aromas and vinosity.
