The nose reveals notes of white fruits such as apple, pear with pretty touches of flowers such as jasmine and lily of the valley. A beautiful mineral freshness accompanies this nose and with aeration an evolution on the flavours of biscuit, brioche, then appear nuances of ginger and anise. The palate offers an elegant, silky and light texture that lengthens the tasting. The intensity of the citrus and white fruit notes gives way to vivacity and elegance on the palate where beautiful toasted and brioche notes appear. The finish is stony and slightly smoky. Great for an aperitif as it is very easy to eat.
