The Brut Vintage 2015 has a beautiful golden colour with silver highlights. The first nose, subtle, opens with notes of fleshy fruits (peach, mirabelle plum) mixed with airy touches of rose petals. Expressive and full of freshness, it recalls the scent of pastries, pastries and dried fruits. It then evolves to reveal aromas of honey and apple jelly. The mouth is round and elegant. A hint of zest enhances notes of brioche, pastry and toast combined with liquorice and dried fruit.
