On the nose, the wine is rich, generous and silky, with notes of biscuit, the work of time given by the yeast. It continues with spicy touches enhanced by floral notes but also fresh white fruits such as greengage. The mouth only amplifies the olfactory sensations, all in perfect harmony. The liveliness remains while marrying with beautiful flavours of hazelnut butter, yeast and frangipane. The finish is almost infinitely long, highlighting the finesse, purity and nobility of this wine made to be loved. This champagne will be appreciated on its own, for the pleasure of tasting, but it will be a perfect companion to selected and refined dishes such as a seafood pie, a truffle in a crust, or a good soft Breton four quarters.
