A very aromatic and complex nose with notes of white flowers, white fruits, fresh butter and toast. A fresh attack in the mouth then the wine expresses itself with roundness (white fruits, apple, pear, peach, butter, brioche…). The whole is slender and harmonious. Great length with a touch of acidity (lime) and nice bitters (orange marmalade). Ideal as an aperitif, this champagne goes perfectly with fish.
