The first wine from this young estate, Irizée is a delicious expression of paradox: verticality and generosity. From the 2013 vintage and produced in small quantities (1702 bottles), this champagne is an experience to be enjoyed. Made with the first juices (heart of the cuvée), 50% of the wines are aged in barrels with handles.

| Tasting | The nose is very expressive, with generous yellow fruit flavours and subtle floral and saline notes. The first sip is amazing! The attack is unctuous, with scents of nectarine and yellow peach, then the freshness of the Champagne chalk is felt, bringing finesse and minerality. The length in the mouth is remarkable and very elegant. Ideal with cod cooked with fennel, as well as soft cheeses. |
