Salon was created in the 1910s by aimé Salon, a lover of one idea of champagne, the highest, which he was able to embody in a masterpiece of balance and elegance, bursting with crazy bouquets, both colourful and subtle. At Salon, only a few rare vintages chosen for their composite perfection are offered for sale. And what a vintage!

| Tasting | This rich and creamy champagne is characterised by a racy acidity and a chalky minerality. It is full of vivacity and finesse. Its complex nose recalls aromas of orange blossom, candied citrus and baked madeleine. It offers a broad palate with flavours of glazed apricot, oyster shell, toasted almond and spun honey, accented by notes of ground ginger, dried lemon peel and marzipan. The finish is racy and persistent. To be drunk now but especially to be awaited. |
