Produced from “Les Crayons”, old vines over 70 years old in Oeuilly, this wine is vinified in Burgundy barrels, without malolactic fermentation, nor filtered or clarified, and has been aged for over 15 years in bottles on slats. In praise of respect for nature and tradition, the Cuvée Louis plunges you into its deep and true universe. It reveals a complex structure through its vinification in barrels: its singular bouquet combines power and richness, balance and generosity.
