The nose opens with toasted, nutty and almond notes and then continues delicately with floral, lime and honeysuckle aromas. On the palate, we find the terroir of Montgueux, the generous flavours of fresh white fruits and grapes whose generosity is supported by the masterful work of the wood; as well as the tension and minerality of the Champagne chalk and its citrus notes (lime, combava zest). Very nice balance between finesse and depth, to be enjoyed on its own or with tender fish, seared with just a dash of olive oil.
