50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir
A very pretty and open nose which opens with a fruity register associating red fruits and dried fruits, then progressively evolves on aromas of dried ceps. The attack in the mouth is ample, well bound, generous and rich. A beautiful chalky freshness serving fruity aromas of yellow fruits, dried fruits and greedy pastry. A very slightly oxidative finish before concluding with a great aromatic length worthy of the greatest wines. To be enjoyed as an aperitif with toasted bread and slices of fresh truffles or at the table with lobster.
