The whole gives a magnificent balance between the aromas of butter, brioche, ripe yellow and white fruits, candied citrus, white flowers and chalky salinity. A great aromatic complexity for this beautiful wine with a great intense and straight finish. Champagne to be enjoyed in a large glass as an aperitif for itself and to be well aerated to get the most out of its complexity. Its strength and minerality make it a perfect accompaniment to sea urchins.
