Description
The prestige cuvée is made from the family’s own vines on the premier cru terroirs of Avenay Val d’or and Bisseuil. Vinified for 80% in oak barrels the base year is blended with 30% of a solera started in 2010 and kept in oak casks. In order to obtain a wonderful balance malolactic is not sought and the wine is very little dosed. This ensemble offers us a wonderful wine combining richness and freshness with a magnificent length.
