The first nose opens with beautiful floral notes of fresh rose and mint, then red fruits flood the glass with an intense, complex and precise bouquet. Notes of spice and pepper complete the picture, evoking the greatest wines of the Côte de Nuits. The palate shows great elegance without detracting from the richness of its flavours. Sovereign, voluptuous, lacy and incredibly rich, this is a great Pinot. The persistence in the mouth is very long with a nice red fruit flavour. A fruity wine with character to accompany a fine rib of beef or veal kidneys with old-fashioned mustard.
