On the nose, it is a wine that evokes candied citrus fruits and vanilla. After a few minutes, the nose evolves towards more intense, fruity notes. On the palate it is full of freshness, with a touch of fatness brought by the oak barrels. A fatness well balanced by a touch of acidity and a mineral framework. The wood is present in the background, never invasive, but always there. The finish is sapid, long and chalky. To be opened with white meat accompanied by a cream sauce and small fresh mushrooms or with a summer Beaufort cheese.
