Description
Severe selection of old Pinot Noir vines over 60 years old from the place called “Le Mont Ferré” in Taissy 1er cru. After a maceration of 8 to 10 days the wine is aged in oak barrels for 4 years. A fresh red wine with delicate fruity aromas.

| Tasting | With a beautiful bright garnet colour, this wine develops beautiful aromas of red fruits (raspberry, cherry, Morello cherry). The attack in the mouth is unctuous, the tannins are melted and the aromas of fresh fruit are well present. The finish is fresh and delicate. A red wine which, thanks to its lightness and finesse, can be enjoyed as an aperitif or as the ideal companion for a picnic, a charcuterie platter or a raclette. |
