Description
Produced from a single plot of “Haut de Dion”; 45 year old vines, the grapes are crushed at the foot of the vines, vinified in open half-muids and aged in barrels for 15 months. This Coteaux Champenois is made with very little intervention, spontaneous fermentation, unsulphited, fined and filtered.

| Tasting | A beautiful bright garnet colour. The nose is very pleasant and aromatic with pretty red fruit aromas (cherry, strawberry and raspberry in the lead). The wood is very, very well controlled and hardly noticeable. On the palate it is a light and aromatic wine with beautiful aromas of red fruits. Perfect with white meat or a nice home-made pizza. |
