Description
Made exclusively from the Pinot Noir grape variety, from a single plot with steep slopes (En Valingrain). The vinification of whole grapes is a real headache to obtain the colour and aroma of a red wine and the finesse of a white. This delicate art requires constant attention during the fermentations in order to obtain the perfect colour. A long maturation in barrels, neither fined nor filtered, gives us a wine with intense fruity aromas that can be kept for 5 to 15 years.

| Tasting | The colour is a beautiful, deep, slightly tiled pink. The nose develops fruity aromas of raspberry, cherry, redcurrant but also floral aromas such as hawthorn and rose. A good balance with a good freshness and spicy notes (pepper and liquorice) on aeration. The mouth is ample and generous, there is greediness on the flavours of red fruits, beautiful floral aromas and a fine tannic trait with a spicy finish typical of Riceys. The finish is long and thirst-quenching with notes of ripe fruit combined with fine tannins marking the potential for aging. A great rosé to accompany all your grilled meats or marinated prawns with spices. |
