Tasting | Revealing roasted and cocoa notes, the nose gradually opens up to a floral bouquet of lime blossom, jasmine and peony, revealing a sublime spicy dimension. This is followed by a fruity, planty freshness, with aromas of chlorophyll, orange peel and green papaya. On the palate, the champagne unfolds first delicately, then generously. Fresh peach and nectarine flesh envelop notes of citrus and gentian, before lingering for a remarkable length. It goes perfectly with a variety of refined dishes. It goes well with delicate fish, seafood, poultry and fine cheeses.

|
