Jean Claude BOISSEL, after thirty years of experience in the wine sector in important and very prestigious Champagne Houses, created in 2005 with his son Alexandre, a graduate of the University of Wine, La Cave des Sacres. From the outset, they both wanted to innovate by highlighting the work of the “Champagne craftsmen”,
These craftsmen constantly travel the region to “unearth” the best in authentic and traditional Champagnes. After tastings, a strict selection process enables them to present you with an original range of wines at the best value for money in each of the main terroirs of the whole appellation.
