The 2012 harvest has produced a complex wine characterised by richness, freshness, generous aromatic expression and balance. The colour is straw yellow with fine bubbles. The aromas of pear, apricot, candied fruit, honey, acacia flower and lime tree form an intense bouquet. This cuvée is made only with grapes from Grands and Premier Crus.

The finish is very balanced and persistent with flavours of marzipan and honey. Champagne as an aperitif with fine charcuterie or at the table with poultry. |
