Winegrower located in Noé les Mallets, cote des bars in the south of the Aube, once decried, now the precious granary of Champagne, this cuvée is vinified by respecting the natural acidity of the grapes. Always vintage and pure Chardonnay, this cuvée is the expression of a terroir and an excellent year.

You can enjoy it as an aperitif with savoury snacks based on fish, seafood or white meat. |
