A fine, elegant, slightly acidic nose with initial notes of rose petal and biscuit followed by redcurrant, strawberry and blackberry. The attack in the mouth is marked by a touch of acidity but the whole keeps a silky texture with a nice fruity note (redcurrant). A fine balance of finesse, freshness and delicacy. A sunny aperitif rosé at any time of the day, or possibly with a red fruit tart.
