| Tasting | Its nose reveals aromas of candied fruits (fig, pineapple), honey and marzipan, then with aeration, roasted and grilled notes open up. The attack in the mouth, evolved and full of maturity, is straightforward, with subtle mineral notes of gunflint, to which blackcurrant and liquorice aromas are added. A fine aperitif wine, but will also go well with poultry. |
