| Tasting | Lively and discreet to start with, the nose gradually opens up to mineral and vanilla notes. Then, with aeration, more complexity and fresh fruit, roasted and toasted flavours. The palate is tense and fresh, but soon gives way to buttery, brioche and French toast flavours. The length is surprisingly sustained by a beautiful freshness. Champagne well marked by its parcel it will be ideal as an aperitif or to accompany beautiful shellfish. |
