| Tasting | A very fruity and fine nose with aromas of crushed strawberries, raspberries and cherries. The delicate effervescence leads to a smooth palate with beautiful fruit aromas of strawberry, raspberry and blackcurrant. The wine is powerful and rich but with a nice freshness and a very slight bitterness that gives a perfect balance to this wine. Its balance will be perfect as an aperitif but its vinosity will allow it to perfectly accompany a meat pie. |
