The nose is characterised by aromas of yellow fruits such as apricots, peaches but also slightly honeyed scents. The attack on the palate is fresh, followed by a remarkable smoothness and unctuousness through the same yellow fruit aromas, accompanied by notes of dried flowers. The whole thing gives an impression of tenderness. The finish is quite long and is enhanced by an imperceptible touch of vanilla caramel. For a nice aperitif or will be wonderful with white meat.
